Land Holdings

Agcapita has acquired over 90,000 acres of farmland since launching in 2008 and has marketed and successfully exited a ~20,000 acre portfolio in 2014 and a ~14,000 acre portfolio in 2015. As an investment team we have also generally avoided the use leverage as a return driver and Funds II – V are unlevered.
